Our vision reflects the development of zentroom and its team.
We - Tanja, Michael, Irene, Urs and Thomas - come from diverse backgrounds, places and environments. Our individual stories brought us together. Once we found each other, we developed together, grew and followed our goal of creating a place that lives up to our current vision. To achieve this, we decided in 2020 to take over the former BusinessPoint Bern and turn it into zentroom.
Work was, is and will never simply be work. People, their development and well-being are a central part of it. That is what we focus on. Because we are convinced that people are the factor that gives us the potential to achieve extraordinary things. To this end, we create the space described in our vision with and for each other, connect people and build a network of like-minded people. This gives rise to ideas, visions and change, to which we offer an optimal platform for further development with workplaces, meeting rooms and team offices.
